Eligibility
Full-time teaching staff (at the rank of lecturer or above) from public or private universities in Southeast and South Asian countries.
Full-time lecturers or researchers from public or private universities in African countries (researchers must have at least three years of university-based research experience and possess a track record of research outputs or specialized publications).
Scholarship Benefits
Stipend for degree-seeking students: NT$25,000 per month.
Tuition and credit fee subsidy: The university provides an additional full subsidy for tuition and credit fees.
Duration of Scholarship
Master’s program: 2 years; Doctoral program: 3 years.
Application Method
Submit the scholarship application simultaneously with the application for admission to the university.

International students enrolled at the university (excluding students of the College of Political Economy and Management in Taipei and the College of Semiconductor Research; please apply for other scholarships offered by those respective colleges).
Scholarship Details
Category A Scholarship: Full coverage of tuition and credit fees, plus a monthly living allowance.
PhD Program: Monthly living allowance ranging from NT$10,000 to NT$40,000.
Master’s and Undergraduate Programs: Monthly living allowance of NT$5,000.
Category B Scholarship: Full coverage of tuition and credit fees.
Duration of Award
Undergraduate program: 4 years; Master’s program: 2–3 years; PhD program: 5 years.
Application Procedure
New Students: Apply for the scholarship simultaneously when applying for admission to the university.
Current Students: Applications are processed according to the schedule and review criteria announced by the Office of Global Affairs; students meeting the requirements for scholarship renewal are exempt from the re-application process.

申請資格
碩士班、博士班之僑生及港澳生，但台北政經學院、半導體研究學院不適用，請向該學院申請其他獎學金。

如何申請
不論新生或在校舊生皆於完成註冊後，依全球事務處公告時程辦理。獎學金審核標準依每年公告文件為準，符合續領資格者，第二年起得免申請手續。

1.大學部僑生，港澳生不適用。
2.頂尖僑生入學獎學金：申請人之在校學業總平均成績以88分為低標，或在全班百分之五內，且操行總平均成績達80分以上。
傑出僑生入學獎學金：申請人之在校學業總平均成績以85分為低標，或在全班百分之十內，且操行總平均成績達80分以上。
獎學金金額
僑委會：頂尖學生每年新臺幣260,000元；傑出學生每年新臺幣100,000元。
本校：頂尖學生全額補助學雜費，且每年津貼新臺幣82,000元；傑出學生全額補助學雜費，且每年津貼新臺幣10,000元。
